Mr. Aaron Dukes Jr., 42

Mr. Aaron Dukes Jr. (Dukesie), 42, of Hazlehurst passed away July 8. Dukesie absolutely loved his two boys, and he enjoyed fishing, riding around on the lawn mower, and his dogs.
He was born Jan. 2, 1982, and is preceded in death by his beloved grandparents I.L. and Ethel Dukes; aunt Marie Taylor; and cousins James White and Charlie Dukes.
He is survived by his children Tyler Dukes (Jessica) and Bryan Dukes; father Aaron Dukes Sr. (Tammy); uncle Silas Dukes (Sheila); uncle Charles Dukes (Sandra); uncle Bobby Dukes (Pam); mother Patsy Johns; grandfather Bill Johns; brother Brandon Lamb (PeeWee); aunt April Johns; uncle Jeff Johns; and uncle Bruce Johns; special friend Marlana Dukes.
Visitation along with a memorial service was held July 16 in the chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with the Rev. Manford Gilbert officiating.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
