Wilkinson will run again

Julie Copeland Wilkinson formally announced her bid for reelection as Clerk of Superior Court for Jeff Davis County.
Julie resides in the Altamaha District with her husband, Justin, and their three children, Jeb, Jay, and Jessi. She is the youngest daughter of Steve and Patricia Copeland, and has lived in Jeff Davis County her entire life. Julie and her family are members of Oakland Baptist Church.
Julie graduated from Jeff Davis High School in 2000 as an honor graduate. In 2002, she earned an Associate of Arts in Political Science from South Georgia College, and in 2004 obtained a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University. In 2022, she earned the title of Certified Clerk when she completed the Superior Court Clerk’s Certificate Program through the Carl Vinson Institute of Government with the University of Georgia.
In making her announcement, Julie said, “I began working in the Clerk’s office in 2004, and have greatly enjoyed working for the citizens of Jeff Davis County. I love this county, I love serving the public, and value the opportunity to continue doing what I love for Jeff Davis County. I would greatly appreciate your vote for me as Clerk of Superior Court for Jeff Davis County. It has truly been a blessing to serve you as Clerk since 2015, and will be an honor to continue to serve as Clerk.”
