Grand Jury Files Indictments

The following indictments were filed by 2022 September Term Jeff Davis Grand Jury on Jan. 30:
The State of Georgia vs. Justin Guy Russ: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving.
The State of Georgia vs. Kendrick Rashawn Cooper: criminal attempt to escape, two counts of obstruction of an officer, interference with government property, battery.
The State of Georgia vs. Kendrick Rashawn Cooper: two counts of aggravated assault, burglary in the first degree, obstruction of an officer, two counts of criminal trespass, simple battery.
The State of Georgia vs. Rachel Ann Vaughn: aggravated assault.
The State of Georgia vs. Stanley Lewis Godwin: interference with government property.
The State of Georgia vs. Jason Tamayaius Young: possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of firearm during commission of a felony.
The State of Georgia vs. Mary Jo Toler: possession of methamphetamine.
The State of Georgia vs. Mark Anthony Jones and Kiel Deandre Smith: possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of firearm during commission of a felony.
