Indictments handed down

The March 2022 Jeff Davis County Grand Jury filed the following indictments Sept. 26.
The State of Georgia vs. Ron Clinton McNeal, Cruelty to Children in the First Degree, Criminal Damage to Property in the Second Degree, Hindering Emergency Telephone Call, Battery – Family Violence, Cruelty to Children in the Third Degree and Theft by Taking.
The State of Georgia vs. Aviante Martinez Shoemaker, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.
The State of Georgia vs. Judi Dodi Druscilla Prezaz, Trafficking Methamphetamine Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Possession of Firearm During Commission of a Felony and Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon.
The State of Georgia vs. Marquita Michelle Tippins and Anthony Rakeem Marks, two counts of Burglary in the Second Degree.
