Indictments Returned

The following indictments were filed by 2021 September Term Jeff Davis Grand Jury on Jan. 25 to Judge Roger B. Lane.
The State of Georgia v. Kevin Mitchell Bell, two counts of failure to register as a sex offender.
The State of Georgia v. Eric Lamar Gordan, fleeing or attempting to elude officer and driving while license suspended .
The State of Georgia v. Timothy Edward Broome, failure to register as a sex offender.
The following indictments were filed Jan. 10 to Judge Stephen D. Kelley.
The State of Georgia v. Monica L. LaJoie, Joelenne Michelle Peterson and Michael Randy Weldon, trafficking in illegal drugs, possession of fentanyl, a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, three counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
The State of Georgia v. Lacy Ann Cisneros, burglary in the first degree.
The State of Georgia v. Jasmine Loraine Manekas, obstruction of an officer.
