Leggett Seeks Reelection

I am Diane Leggett, your Ward 3 City of Hazlehurst Councilwoman. I would like to personally thank each and every citizen of Ward 3 that voted and allowed me to serve as Councilwoman for the past four years. I sincerely hope you will see fit to vote and re-elect me for the next four years as your sitting council member, with the hope of continuing to put our city on the road back to a progressive city, as we the council keep working hard for the citizens of Hazlehurst as a whole. We have a great city and some great people to work with. I truly love this great city and the people that make up our community.
I am the daughter of the late W.R. Bass and the late Eucu Lee Smith Bass. I have three sisters, Martha Feller, Marie Davis, both of Hazlehurst and Connie Fletcher of Charleston, S.C.; one brother, the late Randy (Ernest T) Bass of Hazlehurst.
I was born and raised in Hazlehurst and Jeff Davis County. I have four children, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. I attend Liberty Community Church of God. I was married to the late Edward Leggett for 55 years.
I invite each of you to get out and vote on Nov. 7, 2023 for the person of your choice. If that choice is Diane Leggett I would like to thank you in advance.
