Mrs. Linda Jones Music, 70

Miles Funeral Home in Hazlehurst announces the funeral for Mrs. Linda Jones Music, 70, who passed away Aug. 15 at Douglas Center Hospice in Jacksonville, Fla.
Mrs. Music was born in Blackshear. She was the daughter of the late Randall and Laura Jones and the wife of the late William L Music. She is also preceded in death by brothers Edward Jones, Henry Jones, and John Jones; and sister Margaret Hill.
Linda was a member of Oakland Baptist Church in Hazlehurst. She was a homemaker, she enjoyed crocheting, cross stitching, and other needle work. Her children and grandchildren were the joy of her life. Spending time with them brought her much pleasure.
Survivors include son Melvin (Melissa) Music of Monroe; daughter Becky Music (Robert Young) of Hazlehurst; grandchildren Audrey Music, Hailey Music (Grant McCart), William Music, Zach Music, Katelyn Crum and Sadie Crum; brother Jesse (Stacey) Jones of Blackshear; sister Louise (Robert) Sauls of Blackshear; several nieces and nephews.
Services were Aug. 19 at Oakland Baptist Church with the Rev. Royce Hulett officiating.
