Mrs. Zarbara Delinda Burnette King Dennis, 69

Services for Mrs. Zarbara Delinda Burnette King Dennis, 69, who died May 8 in Stone Mountain, were held May 22 at Lonnie Roberts Athletic Complex with the Rev. Dr. Emory Berry giving the eulogy.
Mrs. Dennis was born March 24, 1952, to the late Henry and Ida Mae (Bess) Burnette. She attended Wheeler County Elementary and High school both in Alamo. Zarbara married the late Anderson King Sr. in 1972 and they had two children, Micheal and Anderson King Jr. In 1982 she married Sterling R. Dennis and they had one child Angel Nicole Dennis.
She was a member of Greenforest Community Baptist Church in Decatur. She loved her pastor, usher board, Sunday school class, and church family. She was a faithful, dependable, and loyal member.
Zarbara was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, neighbor, sibling, and friend. She opened her heart to whomever needed her. Those who knew her loved her and she will truly be missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Anderson King Sr., sons Michael and Anderson King Jr., and siblings Melvin and Gary Burnette.
Survivors include her daughter, Angel Dennis, Lithonia; step-daughters, LaTonya Boykins and Kimberly Dennis; siblings, Romenia Tompkins, Gloria McRae (Howard), Robin Burnette (Sherry) of Alamo, Vernell Bevens of Savannah, Faye Quinn (Marvin), Country Club Hills, Ill.; grandchildren, Anderson King, Rozlan McDaniel, Michall King Jr., Mikela Schaefer, Daniel Schaefer, Artisha Tripp, Micah King, Courtney Reeves (Phil), Tonarrion Pullens, Tiyanna King, Wynter Pullens, Ashton Thomas, Serenity King, Diamond Harris, Desmond Harris; and nine great-grandchildren; and several bonus kids and grandkids.
Flower ladies were members of the Wheeler County Class of 1971. Active pallbearers were grandsons and nephews.
Music was provided by Angela B. Harris and Patty McRae.
King Brothers Funeral Home was in charge.
