Mrs. Gloria Girtman, 93
Mrs. Gloria Girtman, 93, of Hazlehurst died Dec. 14 at her residence.
Mrs. Girtman was born March 6, 1927, in Telfair County. She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard Watkins Carson and Ivey Coleman Carson, husband, Albert Carroll Girtman, and grandson, Carroll Neil Girtman.
She was a member of Hazlehurst First Methodist Church and a homemaker. As a young lady she loved staying on the go and playing Bridge with her friends.
Survivors include her son, Cary Neil Girtman (Glenda) of Hazlehurst.
Graveside services were held Dec. 16 at 11:00am in Hazlehurst City Cemetery with the Rev. Bobby Gale and the Rev. Allen Hartsfield officiating. Music was provided by Dustin Hutto.
Due to Covid-10 restrictions, the Girtman family and Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home respectfully ask all in attendance to wear a mask and follow the social distancing set by our local health district and the CDC.
