Mrs. Carol Ann McClements, 73

On Oct. 27, Mrs. Carol Ann McClements, 73, of Hazlehurst went to meet Our Dear Lord in Heaven. Surrounded by her family and friends, she joined her beloved husband, Richard.
Carol was born March 21, 1945, graduated from Union High School in Burgettstown, Penn., in 1963 and on Oct. 19, 1968, married her high school sweetheart, Richard, who preceded her in death July 4, 2015. Carol was also preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Anna Mechanic of Bulger, Penn., sister, Susan and brothers, Michael and Mark Mechanic.
Carol is survived by her son and family, Richard and Kristina McClements and their daughters, Alexandria and Lillian of Sharpsburg, Carol’s daughter, Mary Beth McClements and her children, Jaiden and Jamison Hulett of Hazlehurst.
She is survived by sisters Patricia (Kenneth) Ferguson of Claysville, Penn., Janice (Steven) Lydick of McDonald, Penn., and Kathleen Sutherland of Belle Vernon, Penn., and many nieces and nephews.
Carol loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was very involved with her neighborhood friends and the many activities at Good Shepherd Catholic Church including being a Lector and Eucharist Minister. Carol loved sewing and crafting, and visiting her friends and family in Pennsylvania.
Rosary will be at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 31 at Wainwright-Parlor Funeral Home. Visitation is 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Nov. 1 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
