Deacon Curtis Hall, 96

Deacon Curtis Hall was born May 12, 192,7 to the late Mr. James F. Hall and Mrs. Hattie Moss Hall.
He attended school in Jeff Davis County schools.
He departed this life June 11 at Fair View Park Hospital, Dublin.
Deacon Curtis Hall worked as a mechanic at Jimmy Ryles and McNeal Motors, for many years. He was also a small business owner, of his own lawn service.
He was preceded in death by children Bridget Easley and Curtis Hall Jr.; brothers George, Hawley, Harry and Leo Hall; sisters Alzie Lee Blalock, Allie Troup, Addie Moss and Catherine H. Goff.
He was a member of House Of God Church, of Hazlehurst, where he served as a Deacon, under the leadership of Elder Thomas.
He leaves to cherish his loving wife of 66 years Odessie Hall, sons Oren Edward Hall and Dewayne McMillian; sister-in-laws Minnie Lee Hall, Doris Hall, Reabie Mae (Rev. Mincey) Mincey, Louanna (Robert) Griffin and Ollie Mae Harris; son-in-Law Jeff Easley Sr.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a special friend Jimmy Ryles; God niece Jewel Allen; special nephew Rodney Hall Sr. and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Public viewing will be June 23 at King Brothers Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m. Service will be June 24 at 11 a.m. at Bennett Tabernacle Holiness Church ,26 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Hazlehurst. Burial will follow with military honors in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery, 38 Cook Road, Hazlehurst
King Brothers Funeral Home of Hazlehurst is in charge.
