Mrs. Jeanette Sandifer Graham, 85

Mrs. Jeanette Sandifer Graham, 85, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away March 7.
Born in 1937 in Brookfield to Ben and Georgia Mae Sandifer, Jeanette attended South Georgia College in Douglas. There she met her husband of 66 years, Charles Graham of Hazlehurst.
Jeanette pursued a 35-year career with the City of Atlanta, working in the finance department, before retiring to Tifton in 2002.
Jeanette enjoyed home-making, gardening, decorating, and entertaining family and friends. An accomplished cook, Jeanette enjoyed well-attended dinners at Thanksgiving and other occasions.
A deeply dedicated and selfless wife and mother, Jeanette is survived by sons Chuck and Reggie, and four beautiful grandchildren.
The funeral was held March 12 at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home in Hazlehurst with the Rev. Jeffery Spell and Jimmie Ryles officiating.
Active pallbearers were Chuck Graham, Reggie Graham, Jack Godfrey, Jack Godfrey Jr., and John Graham.
Music was rendered by Rev. Spell and Mr. Ryles.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
