Mrs. Catherine Ann Creamer, 70

Mrs. Catherine Ann Creamer, 70, of Hazlehurst passed away peacefully at Jeff Davis Hospital.
Mrs. Creamer loved the GA Bulldogs and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph B. Simpson and Dorothy Pearl Towns Simpson, husband, James (Brother) Creamer, brothers, Jimmy Akins, and James Simpson, and sister, Mary Owens.
She is survived by her son, Michael Ashberry (Melissa); daughters Terry Snelgrove, and Sandra Stafford (Robert); sisters Brenda Brown; brothers Donald Simpson and Steve Akins; grandchildren, Keith Ashberry, James McGowan, Tony Hernandez, Austin Stafford, Bobbie McQuaig, Dakota Stafford, John Taylor, David Sorrow, Brittney Taylor; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be Jan. 19 at 2 p.m. at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from noon until the service.
Burial will follow at Hazlehurst City Cemetery. the Rev. Ronald Leggett will officiate.
Daniel McGuire, Chris Barnard, Gary Owens, James McGowan, Kieth Ashberry, Dakota Stafford and Randy McCollum will serve as pallbearers.
