Mr. Jeffery Gene Taylor, 57

Mr. Jeffery Gene Taylor, 57, of Hazlehurst, died Oct. 21 at his residence.
Mr. Taylor was born Feb. 18, 1965, in Tallahassee, Fla.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Oliver Gene Taylor and Lynell Carter Taylor. Mr. Taylor had a very strong work ethic and really enjoyed his job with ABC Logging Company. In his spare time, he loved arts and crafts and woodworking.
Survivors include a special niece, Brittany Perez, and great nieces, Marissa, Olivia, and Jozlyn Taylor of Hazlehurst; sister, Melissa Taylor of Moultrie; brothers, Rodney Taylor of Hazlehurst and Greg (Lori) Carter Sr. of Ocilla; nephew Greg Carter Jr.; four great-nieces; and two great-nephews all of Baxley.
Memorial services will be announced later.
