Mr. Wilton Lee Creamer, 42

Mr. Wilton Lee Creamer, 42, passed Sept. 28 after complications following surgery.
Lee began working in law enforcement in 2001, was a Sargent with the Glennville Police Department where he worked for the past five years. Lee was born March 3, 1980, in Hazlehurst.
Mr. Creamer was preceded in death by his father Jimmy Creamer of Hazlehurst and granddaughter Desalynn Mya-Rose Myers of Lyons.
Lee grew up wanting to be a police officer. He had a love for motorcycles and guns. Lee enjoyed playing video games and painting canvas pictures. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He loved his wife and children and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include wife Dessie; mother Deborah Harper of Hazlehurst; son Michael Cole Creamer of Baxley; daughter Jasmine Rachelle (Tyler) Lord of Baxley; step-son Hunter Youmans (Jean) of Augusta; step-daughter Heather Myers (Wes) of Lyons; step-daughter Candace Maddox of Lyons; brother JJ Creamer (Jenny) of Hazlehurst; sister Misty Perez (Romeo) of Hazlehurst; and eight grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Spencer McGovern, Mark Gatto, Ramon Powell, Wes Kicklighter, Brandon Jones and Billy Murray.
A graveside service was held Oct. 3 at Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Rick Cason officiating.
