Chistopher Wayne Atkinson, 43

Services for Mr. Christopher Wayne Atkinson, 43, who died Aug. 26 in Hazlehurst, were held Sept. 10 at Macedonia Church of God where the Bishop Van McCall officiated.
Mr. Atkinson, born in Douglas, was the son of Johnny Wayne Atkinson and the late Lisa Renee Ricketson.
Survivors include his fiance, Natasha Strickland; two sons, Tyler Mitchell Atkinson and Dakota Day Atkinson; his father, Johnny Wayne Atkinson; sister, Kristy Rangel; step-son; Lakoda Stapleton; grandson, Mason Mitchell Atkinson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
