Ms. Beverly Jean Bond Kirkland, 82

Ms. Beverly Jean Bond Kirkland, 82, of Hazlehurst, died July 21 at her residence.
Ms. Kirkland was born Aug. 27, 1939,in La Porte, Ind.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Phillip Bond and Mildred Irene Yarbrough Bond, daughter, Deborah Sue Kirkland Davis and son, Bobby R. Kirkland. She was retired from Ero and a member of Grace Baptist Church. She loved to crochet and share her treasures with others. She had a sweet disposition and a smile for everyone she would meet.
Survivors include her sons, and daughter-in-law, Donnie D. Kirkland of Claxton and Gary and Angie Kirkland of McRae; brother, Eldon Bond of Zipper Hill, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services were held July 25 in the chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with the Rev. Billie Gardner officiating.
Interment followed in Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers were Matt Kirkland, Ryan Kirkland and Justin Harrelson.
Music was rendered by her grandson, Matt Kirkland and the Rev. Billie Gardner.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
