Mrs. Tammy Michelle Herrin, 55, of Denton passed away peacefully in her sleep June 17.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, friend, and nurse. She spent over 20 years working as a nurse in many areas. Tammy loved to spend her time with family, go on beach trips, and sewing outfits for the children of family and friends. She loved to try new foods and restaurants along with visiting new places especially if her loved ones went along. These trips were even more enjoyable if her pups Lucy and Teko could join.
Tammy is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Dan Herrin, and their children and grandchildren Brittney and Jesse Pace, Holly and Colby Dykes (Kylei, and Kyson), Colby and Kelly Herrin (Kennedy), and Kelsei Herrin along with her loving parents Doll and Chester Yawn and their children and grandchildren Rena Fuller (Chasity Williams: Avery Weurgler; Chase and Naomi Moody: Charlie, Ruby, and Maggie Mae), Chet Yawn, Chuck and Caitie Yawn (Carter, Case, and Ella), Crystal and Matt McCall (Lane, Ezra, and Katherine), and Sandy and Keith Rea (Chandler, Conner, Tre, and Tye) and many loved cousins.
