Ms. Janice Grace Hall, 83
Memorial services for Ms. Janice Grace Hall, 83, who died Jan. 17 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, will be held Friday, Feb. 4, at 6 p.m. at Wainwright-Parlor Funeral Home Chapel.
Ms. Hall was born March 19, 1938 in Brunson, S.C. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Josie B. Cook, the family that adopted and raised her, Emily and Earl Godwin; mother, Cathrine Cook, sons, Herman Davenport and Earl Davenport; granddaughter, Stacey Jenison and son-in-law, Jack Gilliam. She had a loving heart for animals and especially her dogs, and in her free time she enjoyed volunteering at the local VFW. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.
Survivors include her daughter, Maxie Jenison of Texas; son, Don Davenport of Hazlehurst; daughter-in-law, Debbie Davenport; six grandchildren, Natalie Davenport Miller, Melody Best, Elmer Trey Davenport, Emily Davenport, John Davenport, Jeremy Dykes; 14 great-grandchildren, Jocoby, Jaise, Taylor, Charlee, Kaden, Dylan, Dalton, Madalynn, Blaine, Atreus, Clayton, Jalynn, Beckett, and Oaklee; one great-great-granddaughter, Kaliah.
