Ms. Ashley Rebecca Ussery, 30
Ms. Ashley Rebecca Ussery, 30, of Hazlehurst, passed away Feb. 2 at home.
Ms. Ussery was born Oct. 10, 1991.
Ms. Ussery is preceded in death by grandfathers William David Ussery and James Harold Brewer, uncles Eric Rufus Williams and Mark Anthony Ussery.
She was formerly manager at Pig Out Barbeque and a USDA lead peanut inspector. She was a member of Shelton’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Lumber City. She loved her children, her family and loved spending time with them.
Ashley was a kind, loving, free sprit, who loved her life, children, family and God. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to have known and loved her.
Survivors include her beloved daughters, Allie Mae Ann Ussery and Ella Rose Rebecca Ussery; parents, Samuel Kristerphor Ussery Sr. (Katie) of Dublin, Jackie Rebecca Brewer-Ussery of Hazlehurst; brothers, Samuel Kristerphor Ussery Jr. (Samantha) of Dublin and Nathan Abbey (Anna) of Dublin; nephew, Sawyer Kristerphor Ussery; grandmothers, Merle Beckworth Brewer of Lumber City and Virginia Ann Williams (Junior) of Alamo; aunts Katherine Brewer White (Stevie) and Donna Wilkerson; uncles James Wendell Brewer, Steve Ussery (Beverly), Brian Covington (Amanda), Richard Williams (Vickie); first cousins, Amanda White, Amber White, Vickie Wilkerson, Alice Thomas, James Colby Brewer, James Tinner Brewer, Jessica Ussery, David Ussery, Cynthia Ussery Bland, Amanda Ussery Howell, Anna Abbey, Timothy Covington, and Adam Williams; many great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and friends.
Services were held Feb. 7 at Shelton’s Chapel with the Rev. Laura Upchurch officiating.
