Mr. Richard Chane Crumpton, 33

Mr. Richard Chane Crumpton, 33, of Lumber City, passed Nov. 1 at this residence.
Mr. Crumpton was born June 4, 1988, in Vidalia.
He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Crumpton, paternal grandparents Rick Nelson and Aris Crumpton, and uncle Phil Murphy. He loved fishing, and was devoted to his family and friends, and loved his three nephews with all of his heart. He also loved spending time with his dogs, and working. He was employed with Telfair Forest Products.
Survivors include, mother Sharon Crumpton Gordon of Baxley; sister Casey Griffin (Justin), of Baxley; grandparents the Rev. Irvin and Dorothy Murphy,; companion Jenna Davis and son Kase Hatton; nephews Ryald, Cormick and Dane Griffin; uncle Keith Crumpton, Ken and Ann Murphy.
Services were held Nov. 5 at Wainright Parlor Chapel with the Rev. Ken Murphy officiating.
Interment followed in Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City.
Pallbearers were Keith Crumpton, Brandon Rigby, Cody Rigby, Tony Rigby, Zach Moore, Jonathan Gore and Anthony Disharoon.
