Mr. Jerry Lenuel Parlor, 73

Mr. Jerry Lenuel Parlor, 73, of Hazlehurst, died Oct. 11 at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas.
Mr. Parlor was born April 6, 1948, in Jeff Davis County. He is preceded in death by his father, Archie Parlor and his brother, Leon Parlor. He was a retired mechanic, formerly employed with Appling County Road Department, attended Oakland Baptist Church and was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Hazlehurst. He loved to fish, mechanic and spend time with his children and especially his grandchildren. His children summed up his personality as being very kind, patient and humble and he will be sadly missed by all.
Survivors include his daughter, Christy Lautieri (Anthony) of Scottsville, Ken.; son, Joshua Parlor of Hazlehurst; mother, Mrs. Lalen Parlor of Hazlehurst; sister, Wanda Parlor Sellers (David) of Hazlehurst; grandchildren, Presley O’Neal, Abby Swain, Emily Lautieri, Brianna Parlor, Baylee Parlor and Landen Parlor; several cousins, nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Ann Leggett of Baxley.
Services were held Oct. 15 at Oakland Baptist Church with the Rev. Royce Hulett, the Rev. Joey Andrews of Oakland Baptist Church and the Rev. Earl Wiggins of Harvest Temple Church of God officiating.
Interment was in Oak View Baptist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Chris Parlor, Stacy Leggett, Jason Leggett, Ashley Waters, Jeremy McDaniel, and Colby Miller.
Honorary pallbearers were members of the Hazlehurst Masonic Lodge.
