Mr. Bobby Jerome White, 73

Mr. Bobby Jerome White, 73, of Hazlehurst, died Nov. 1 at Candler Hospital in Savannah.
Mr. White was born April 14, 1948, in Jeff Davis County.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Tom Jack White and Newell Doll Spires White, grandsons, Zachary D. White, Tanner J. White, sisters, Sarah Frances White, Vera Darlene White, brothers, Colon White, Bennie White, and Carol “Snooky” White.
Mr. White had strong work ethics, logging was his life, but in his spare time he loved raising roosters and fishing. He loved spending time with his family and friends and his family said he never met a stranger. He will be sadly missed by all that knew him.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Jerome and Paula White, Michael and Jennifer White, Jamie and Cindy White, and Tom Jack White all of Hazlehurst; daughters, Denise White of Hazlehurst and Annie Edwards (Bo) of Florida; the mother of his children, Janice Treat and Joyce Garrett; 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Thursday in Oak Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Glenn Bohannon officiating.
Honorary pallbearers were all family and friends in attendance.
Active pallbearers were Billy White, Gunner White, Aaron Chavez, Jessie White, Jake White and Dusty Villalba.
