Ms. Loretta West, 51

Graveside services for Ms. Loretta West, 51, who died July 25 in Savannah, were held July 30 at Morgan Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Graham where the Rev. Barton and Evangelist Thomas officiated.
Ms. West, born in Red Bank, N.J., was the daughter of Mr. Joe and Mrs. Olivia West. She attended Fort Meade High School in Fort Mead, Fla. and was a graduate of the class of 1989.
Survivors include her three children, daughter, Martika West; sons, Patrick (Diamond) West, Joshua West, all of Hazlehurst; seven grandchildren, Sha’Niya, Dervrious, Zalia, Zamir, Zion and Zaden of Hazlehurst and Sha’Paris of Douglas; two grand God babies, Abrianna and Toni of Surrency; her mother and father, Joe and Olivia West; brother, Lorenza (Angela) West; sister, Kita West, all of Fort Meade, Fla. and a host of relatives and friends.
Active pallbearers were Eddie Bryant, Ramon Fisher, Samuel Jackson, Darrell Fisher, Kaleef Valentine, and Leon Bryant.
Honorary pallbearers were nephews.
