Mr. Ricky Ottis Spell, 67

Mr. Ricky Ottis Spell, 67, of Hazlehurst, died July 8.
Mr. Spell was born June 25, 1954 in Bacon County.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Loyal Spell and Inez Herrington Spell and son, Matthew Spell. He was a 1972 graduate of Jeff Davis High School, graduating from Valdosta State with a Bachelor Degree. He was formerly employed with Plant Hatch as a Nuclear Plant Operator and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Herbert Dominy of Hazlehurst; niece, Leigh Dominy Cole (Alan) of Tallahassee, Fla.; and several cousins.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
