Mr. Jerry Donald Toumbleston, 78, passed away April 15.
Mr. Toumbleston was born April 20, 1942, in Lumber City. He was preceded in death by his parents, the late Wade Hampton Toumbleston and Velma Johnson Toumbleston. He was formerly employed by K-Mart and enjoyed gardening and collecting coins.
He is survived by sons, Wade (Kristen) Toumbleston of McDonough and Stacy (Sissy) Toumbleston of Griffin; daughter, Kim (Danny) Bowden of McDonough; brother, Stanley Toumbleston of Snipesville; sister, Valeria Herndon of Hazlehurst; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held April 17 in the chapel of Wainright Parlor with interment at Riverside Cemetery, Lumber City. Pastor Dustin Toumbleston officiated.
