Ms. Virginia Ann Borkenhagen, 92

Ms. Virginia Ann Borkenhagen, 92, of Hazlehurst, passed away Nov. 28 at her home.
Ms. Borkenhagen was born Sept. 11, 1928, in Cordele. She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Albert J. Borkenhagen and Lelia Mae Dawson Borkenhagen, brother, Charles Borkenhagen and sister, Albertina McLeod. She was a member of First Baptist Church and retired from ERO after 38 years as an office assistant.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Libby and Pete Turner of Hazlehurst and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Nov. 30 at Hazlehurst City Cemetery with the Rev. Brad Waters and Dr. Keith McLeod officiating.
