Mr. William ‘Bo’ Floyd Jr.

Mr. William “Bo” Floyd Jr., 80, of Hazlehurst, died Oct. 7 at St Joseph Hospital in Savannah.
Mr. Floyd was born Dec. 24, 1939, in Jeff Davis County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cullen Floyd and Lillian Dyal Floyd, siblings, Sonny Floyd, Ollie Mae Champion and Mary Thompson. He was retired from Continental Drilling and a member of Twin City Church of God.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Sandra Thorne Floyd of Hazlehurst; sons and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Mandy Floyd, Donato Marquez and Benito Dominquez; sister, Myrtle Carter of Blairsville; grandson, Victor Marquez; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Oct. 9 in Hazlehurst City Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Toole officiating.
