Autopsy Report

The Hazlehurst Police Department this week received the autopsy results from the 3-month-old child who died in his home recently and Hazlehurst Police Chief Ken Williams said the cause of death was drowning.
He said he had expected results from a toxicology report on the infant’s mother to be delivered to him Monday but officials told him it would be at least Wednesday before the report was completed. Charges against the mother are pending the results of the report.
