Sellers to run for Probate Judge

J. Herman Sellers has announced his candidacy for election as Probate Judge of Jeff Davis County in this year’s election.
A lifelong resident of Jeff Davis County, Sellers is married to Helen Rowland Sellers who is also from Jeff Davis County and is employed at Southern Eye Care. His son, Justin Sellers, serves in the U.S. Army. He has a step-son, step-daughter and three granddaughters.
Sellers and his wife are members of Hazlehurst Church of God and live in the Lake Owl Head Community.
He has spent 40 years in sales and service. In 2006 he received his Georgia Real Estate License and shortly after earned his appraisal license from Altamaha Technical College. He is owner and operator of 341 Storage Solutions in Hazlehurst.
In making his announcement, Sellers said, “I will consider it an honor to hold this position and be in office to serve my community. I will listen and respond to your needs.
“Due to the crisis in our community and country, I may not be able to knock on your door at this time, but I am accessible to you.
