Mrs. Kathleen DeLoach Davis, 91, of Hazlehurst died Dec. 30 at her residence.
Mrs. Deloach was born July 31, 1928, in Glennville to the late Nathan Leslie “Bud” Deloach and the late Ella Baker DeLoach. She was a retired secretary with Salvation Army while in Rockville, Md., later becoming a homemaker and a member of Oakland Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Davis, siblings, Doris Bailey and Marion Clements.
Survivors include sons, Larry E. Davis of Hazlehurst, Keith E. Davis (Marie) of Hazlehurst, Leslie E. Davis (Susie) of Hazlehurst; brother, Robert DeLoach of Atlanta; three grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Jan. 3 at Oakland Baptist Church with the Rev. Royce Hulett officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Ron Davis Jr., Ryan Clements, Clay DeLoach, Joey Andrews, Wayne Kirkland and Jeff Rucker.
Music was rendered by Deborah Herndon and Vic Brantley.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
