Mr. Andrew ‘Andy’ Talmadge Darley, 63

Services for Mr. Andrew “Andy” Talmadge Darley, 63, will be at 2 p.m. Dec. 4 at Shelton’s Chapel, 239 Shelton Chapel Road, Lumber City, with burial at Fishing Creek Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Wigley and the Rev. Eric Sizemore will officiate.
Mr. Darley was born April 23, 1956, in Bradenton, Fla. He was preceded in death by his parents, the late Talmadge P. Darley and Loretta Ann Johnson Darley. He was formerly employed with Oconee Cable Company and was a member of Rochelle United Methodist Church. He was an avid outdoor enthusiast. Among the things he loved doing was hunting, fishing, playing golf and in his earlier years playing softball. Mr. Darley passed away early Saturday morning Nov. 30.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Gloria Darley of Rochelle; son, Mitch Darley of Warwick; granddaughters, Laken Darley and Savannah Darley; brothers, Perry Darley of Monroe, Terry Darley of Hazlehurst, Tony Darley of Hazlehurst and Stevie Darley of Hazlehurst; sister, Kathy Darley of Hazlehurst; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 until funeral hour at the church.
Pallbearers will, Mitch Darley, Perry Darley, Terry Darley, Tony Darley, Stevie Darley and Chris Varnadoe.
