Mr. Johnny Grace, 71

Mr. Johnny Grace, 71, of Lumber City, died Nov. 18 at Community Hospice in Vidalia.
Mr. Grace was born April 10, 1948 in Telfair County to the late Horace John Grace and the late Eunice Davis Grace. He was a master craftsman and a member of Lumber City United Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Grace.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara “Tink” Grace of Lumber City; daughter, Media Music (Junior) of Douglas; two sons, John Randall Grace of Macon and William Ashley Grace (Hope) of Lumber City; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Services were held Nov. 20 at Lumber City United Methodist Church with his son, Randall Grace giving a eulogy, Rev. Andy Brownley, Rev. Ashley Tyree and Rev. Robert Wigley officiating. Interment followed in the Riverside Cemetery, Lumber City.
Honorary pallbearers were Down the Hill River Rats, Neally Crew, and all who were considered his buddies.
Active pallbearers were Jody Neal, Shaun Pope, Joey Montford, Jimmy Googe, Brent White and Kris Spell.
Music was rendered by Margaret Nell Hulette and Laura Brownley.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
