Mrs. Patricia Ann Weaver Smith, 63

Services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Weaver Smith, 63, who died Oct. 20 at Lumber City Rehabilitation Center, were held Oct. 26 at Bennett Tabernacle Holiness Church in Hazlehurst.
Elder Eddie Harmon, Minister Charles Tobler, and Pastor James Earl Cray officiated with burial in Hazlehurst Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Smith was the daughter of the late Timothy Weaver and the late Ruthie Mae Clements. She attended Hazlehurst High School and was employed at Jeff Davis Primary, Jeff Davis Elementary School, and Jeff Davis Hospital for several years. She was a member of Bennett Tabernacle Holiness Church in Hazlehurst. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandmothers, Hattie Mae Clements and Mary Weaver and mother-in-law, Gloria Jean Smith McCoy.
Survivors include her husband, Willie James Smith; three children, Aurico Hill, Monday Weaver, and Shameeka Smith, all of Hazlehurst; severn grandchildren, Tiffany Hill of Douglas, Ashton Hill of Statesboro, Torrence “TJ” Weaver of Valdosta, Jade Spell of Hazlehurst, Tori Weaver, Tyshun Weaver, Tamia Weaver, all of Columbus; special friend, Josie Williams and a host of friends and family.
Active pallbearers were Malcolm Carr, Franchot Conaway, Wilbert Miles, Antwan Williams, Shuan Kirby, Terry Sanders, Michael Dotson, Dewayne Chester, Dale Hansley, and Ronnie Hall.
Honorary pallbearers were nephews.
Music was rendered by Regina Eason, Johnny Myles, and The Benjamin Family.
Thornton’s Funeral Home of Hazlehurst was in charge of arrangements.
