Mr. Alex Cole Tompkins, 34

Mr. Alex Cole Tompkins, 34 of Jesup, formerly of Hazlehurst, died Oct. 10.
Mr. Tompkins was born Feb. 10, 1985, in Appling County. He was a self-employed industrial electrician and a member of Hazlehurst Church of God.
Survivors include special friend, Polly Meyer of Jesup; mother, Beth Nelms Denby (Randy) of Douglas; father Ricky Tompkins of Hazlehurst; twobrothers, Richard Aaron Tompkins of Douglas and William Reid Denby of Douglas; grandmother, Grace Partin Wood of Hazlehurst.
Services were held Oct. 14 in the chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Terry Brown and the Rev. Jack Chaney officiating.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
