Mr. Glenn Edward ‘Bud’ Wooten, 70

Funeral services for Mr. Glenn Edward “Bud” Wooten, 70, were conducted Sept. 19 in Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Milledgeville with the Rev. Larry Glover officiating with military honors. Burial was at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Wooten passed away Sept. 14. He was a native of Telfair County and had lived in Baldwin County for over 15 years. He was a Viet Nam veteran and was a recipient of a Purple Heart. He was predeceased by his parents, Edward Wooten and Meryl Josephine Varnadoe McBride. He was a retired carpenter and a member of First Baptist Church of Lumber City.
Survivors include his twin daughters, Kathryn Edington and Angela Peppers of Milledgeville.
Flowers accepted and those who wish the family request contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Williams Funeral Home and crematory of Milledgeville is in charge.

    Glenn was loved and will be missed, especially by his granddaughter, Anastasia. She finds a way to honor his memory daily.❤😊
