Mr. Glen Solomon, 52

Mr. Glen Solomon, 52, of Hazlehurst, died Aug. 16 at Appling Health Care in Baxley.
Mr. Solomon was born Dec. 19, 1966, in Coffee County. He was a carpenter with the local 256 Carpenters Union and a member of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, “Ma” Jurell Solomon, mother, Patsy Anderson Solomon, and brother, Greg Solomon.
Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Floyd Solomon of Hazlehurst; daughter, Candace Daniels (Jeffery) of Alma; son, Corey Solomon (Erica) of Hazlehurst; father, Wayne Solomon of Douglas; Aunt Frances Vickers of Ambrose; half-sisters, Latrice Solomon of Chauncey and Michelle Carter of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.; half-brother, Wade Pritchard of Douglas; grandchildren, Landon Solomon, Paisley Solomon, Madison Daniels; nieces and nephews.
Services were held Aug. 18 at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship with the Rev. Tyrone L. Hutchinson and the Rev. Bill Prince officiating. Interment followed in Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers were William Waldrop, John Bookhardt and Keith (Birddog) Walker.
Active pallbearers were Brian Newell, Michael Davis, Mark Williams, Don Wood, Dale Anderson, and Brian Reagin.
Music was rendered by Donna and Donnie McEachin, the Rev. and Mrs. Tyrone L. Hutchinson and Royce Pierce.
Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home was in charge.
