Mr. Percival ‘Preston’ Williams, 61

Services for Mr. Percival “Preston” Williams, 61, who died May 10, were held May 16, at Thornton’s Funeral home Chapel where Bishop William Hollis officiated.
Mr. Williams was the son of the late Henry and Helen Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Bobby Woodard, and brother-in-law, Randy Smith.
Survivors include his daughter, Tasha Mitchell Lawson; sister, Brenda W. Smith; three brothers, Ronald Williams, Kenny Williams of Lumber City, and Lorenzo Williams of Hazlehurst; sisters, Laura Kirk (Troy) and Betty Lawson, both of Lumber City; two loving aunts, Ora Walker and Betty Maloy, both of Hazlehurst; three uncles, Tom Maloy, Curtis Williams of Miami, FL., and John Coleman of Dublin; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Thornton Funeral Home of Hazlehurst was in charge of arrangements.
