Mr. James Edward (Toody) Howard, 67

Mr. James Edward (Toody) Howard, 67, of Hazlehurst, died Nov. 24 at his residence.
Mr. Howard was born March 27, 1951, in Jeff Davis County to the late John Frank Howard and the late Lucille Mincey Howard. He was a retired truck driver with Williams Brothers Trucking and a member of Graham Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Walls Howard and brother, John Frank Howard Jr.
Survivors include his daughters, Lisa Wooten, Sonja Nipper and Cheree Barnard (Wally) all of Hazlehurst; sisters, Lucy Williams and Sherry Howard; brothers, Jerry Howard and Joey Howard; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Nov. 27 in the chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with the Rev. Jinker Horton and the Rev. Glenn Selph officiating.
Interment followed in Satilla Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Perry Toler, Silas Dukes, Charlie Medders, Tommy Williams, Tim Parlor, Bobby Taylor and Bradley Watson.
