Mrs. Patsy Wolfe Anderson

Mrs. Patsy Wolfe Anderson passed away May 11 in Norcross.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hoke and Frances Rackley Wolfe.
She is survived by daughter, Sandra Anderson of Brookhaven; son and daughter-in-Law, Andy and Angie Anderson of Uvalda; granddaughter, Cheyenne Anderson of Uvalda; and twin brother, Pat Wolfe and his wife Elizabeth of Warthen.
After earning her first degree from Georgia Southern, she continued to get her Master’s Degree at Piedmont College in Nashville. She taught Physical Education at Tara Elementary in Jonesboro. Patsy loved to watch sports on TV, she had a love/hate relationship with the Braves. Patsy enjoyed the beach, especially Fripp Island, S.C. Her girlfriends were also very important to her, as she was a member of the Red Hat Society and loved the Tara Sisterhood.
Ms. Anderson’s service was held May 14 at Bethany Baptist Church in McDonough and a graveside service was held May 15 at Smyrna Methodist Church Cemetery with Roy Mimbs officiating.
Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel was in charge of local arrangements.
