Mrs. Barbara Sue Walls, 77

Mrs. Barbara Sue Walls of Uvalda, 77, passed away March 21 peacefully surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter Doris Amanda Adams, sisters Donnie Lee, Shelia, Vickie, and brothers, Randy and Rick.
Growing up, Barbara liked to go roller skating and play baseball in the neighborhood. When she was 19 years old, attending Texas Tech, she met the love of her life, James Walls. During their 57 years of marriage, the Lord blessed them with children, Missy and Frank. Barbara spent many years as a full-time housewife. She also enjoyed her years as a cook at Margaret’s Little People Daycare, Wheeler County Hospital, and the Bethany Home. She spent several years caring for the elderly, also.
Barbara enjoyed going to yard sales, antiquing, and buying jewelry. She loved “The Young and the Restless,” but more than that, she loved her family.
