Mrs. Erma Jean Vann Stripling, 78

Mrs. Erma Jean Vann Stripling, the youngest child of Sallie Mae Zinnamon Vann and Amos Vann, was born July 21, 1944. She went home to be with the Lord June  7.
Erma leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, husband of 44 years, Lamar Stripling; sister Evelyn Vann Barron of Cincinnati, Ohio; brothers-in-law the Rev. Zackus Walton (Mary), Baxley, and Ruben Smith, Fort Valley, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Erma’s homegoing service was held June 17 at Morgan Chapel Baptist Church in Graham. The eulogy was delivered by the Rev. Anthony Banton. Thornton’s Funeral Home was in charge.
