XC competes in For Coffee Invitational

Jeff Davis cross country performed well at the 2nd Annual For Coffee XC Invitational.
The middle school boys and girls finish first overall, while both the high school teams finished second, both behind Coffee.
The MS boys continue their winning ways with their 5th straight victory of the season, while the MS girls picked up their 3rd meet victory.
JD had 17 runners finish in the Top 10 and medal individually —
Boys 2-mile: 1. Cason Roberson, 11:37.10; 2. Abel Cabrera, 11:51.10; 5. Alejandro Gonzalez, 12:23.90; 6. Rhett Wilkerson, 12:27.39; and 7. Derek Fitzwater, 12:28.50.
Girls 2-mile: 2. Dakota Mincey, 13:47.80; 4. Rayleigh Pierce, 14:15.90; 5. Valerie Porras, 14:28.50; 6. Zoe Odum, 14:42.10; and 7. Amy Miller, 14:46.90.
Boys 5K: 5. Mario Franco, 18:13.60; 6. Luke Relihan, 18:14.30; and 10. Peyton Hamilton, 19:37.90.
Girls 5K: 2. Avery Haley, 22:40.60; 4. Brenlee Boatright, 22:05.60; 5. Jade Franco, 23:08.90; and 10. Marley Powell, 24:11.90.
