Middle school teams win XC meets

The Jeff Davis cross country middle school program made a clean sweep of competition at the Frazier-Hite Invitational in Statesboro last Thursday.
The JD boys dominated the field besting second place Richmond Hill by 38 points, meanwhile the girls team slipped by Southeast Bulloch and Richmond Hill squads for first as well.
Cason Roberson (2nd) and Abel Cabrera (3rd) earned individual medal honors for the boys team, while Dakota Mincey (3rd) and Riley Pierce (4th) also medaled for the girls team.
