The following indictments were filed by the 2025 September Term Jeff Davis Grand Jury on Nov. 17:
The State of Georgia vs. Nathaniel Robert Arrington and Julia Eden Porter: conspiracy to commit robbery.
The State of Georgia vs. Benjamin James Raines: Count 1: Rape; Count 2: Child Molestation; Count 3: Aggravated Sexual Battery; Count 4: Cruelty to Children in the First Degree; Count 5: contributing to the delinquency of a minor; Count 6: Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
The State of Georgia vs. Angel Lashay Ingram: Count 1: Aggravated Assault; Count 2: Aggravated Battery.
The State of Georgia vs. Carolyn Elaine Settles: Count 1: Aggravated Assault; Count 2: Criminal Damage to Property in the Second Degree; Count 3: Aggravated Assault.
