JD offensive line named Line of Distinction

Jeff Davis High’s offensive line was recognized this week by Georgia High School Football Daily as a Line of Distinction for the effort put forth last Friday night against Tattnall County.
The seven players cleared the way for Jacket runners to pick up 521 yards rushing and nine touchdowns in the 63-21 victory.
Members of the offensive line are Jomari Wilcox, Gio Torres, Brice Bohannon, Tye Rea, Kace Galbreath, Jaylen Wilson-Gamble and La’Trell Sellers.
The line’s blocking enabled R.J. Sims to run for 145 yards, Kobe Hill to rush for 137 yards and Ian Griffin to pick up 110 yards.
