Tennis team sweep Ware

Jeff Davis Tennis hosted Ware County Feb. 23 at home.
Jeff Davis boys pulled out a close match 3-2 for a win against the Gators. Braun Reyes played the second singles spot for the varsity boys. He played really aggressively against his opponent with great placement on the ball.
Jeff Davis varsity girls swept the Gators with a 5-0 win. Lexi Girtman played the number one singles spot for the girls. She played super consistently, getting the first win of the day for the Lady Jackets.
The Yellow Jackets hosted West Laurens Monday at home. The netters travel to Sumter for the next region match of the season on Feb. 28, starting at 4:30 p.m. Thursday March 2 the Jackets will host another home match against Wayne County.
