JV Gold Tops Coffee 6-3

Jeff Davis Junior Varsity Gold put up five runs in the fourth inning in a 6-3 win over Coffee County. The offense in the inning was led by Reese Mullis, Andrew Hulett, Haydon King, Jude Worthington, and Treyton Webster, who each had RBIs in the inning.
Andrew White led Jeff Davis to victory on the mound. White went four and a third innings, allowing one run on zero hits and striking out ten. Dawson Moser and Mullis entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
Carter McMillian was on the mound for Coffee. The hurler went three and a third innings, allowing two runs on two hits and striking out five. Weston Brown and Brody Hare entered the game from the bullpen, throwing one and two-thirds innings and one inning respectively.
Worthington led Jeff Davis with two hits in three at bats.
Barrett Harrell went 1-for-2 at the plate to lead Coffee in hits.
