Drug Arrest Made

Nov. 12, the Jeff Davis county drug unit and the sheriff’s office executed a search warrant at the residence of Manuel Alejandro Guerrero. During the search, officers discovered large quantities of marijuana, marijuana packaging materials, firearms, ammunition, illicit prescription medications, drug related objects and a large sum of cash, over $11,000. Guerrero was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. This investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
