Tennis sweeps Swainsboro

Jeff Davis High School tennis headed to Swainsboro March 4 for the first region match of the year. Both the Yellow Jacket boys and girls came back with wins against the Tigers.
The boys pulled out a close one 3-2 while the girls swept the tigers 5-0.
Both coaches bragged on the play of junior Abby Hernandez and freshman Lexi Girtman at the singles spots for the girls. Coach Kemp also mentioned Jaquain Littleton and John Graham saying they played a great doubles match against the tigers.
JDH will take it to West Laurens and Vidalia high this week and host Ware Tuesday.
